Setup:  Friday, May 1st, from 3 to 5 PM & Saturday, May 2nd from 8 to 9 AM

First Friday Outdoor Artisan Market: Friday, May 1st, from 5 to 9 PM

Outdoor Artisan Market Saturday: Saturday, May 2nd, 9 AM to 2 PM​

Take Down: Saturday, May 3rd, 3 to 5 PM

We appreciate your interest in the Oakridge Westfir Tree Planting Festival Outdoor Artisan Market. To get started, please read the information provided to ensure you are aware and will accommodate the space.

Basic information:

• Application deadline: Friday, April 24, 2026

• There are 50, 10' x 10' spaces available with a $30 donation suggested per space

  • As a non-profit, all donations help support Tree Planting Festival events 

  • The donation is non-refundable if you can’t make the event

  • Booths are assigned by the event coordinator, Annie Schroeder, who will inform you of your space ahead of the event and will confirm upon check-in

• ​Booth spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis

• Please, no pets while hosting a booth

• Please no smoking, vaping, drinking, or drugs of any kind while hosting a booth​

• You must provide tables, chairs, etc.– a canopy is suggested in case of rain

• You must also complete our application and liability waiver to participate in this event
